Just a quick note to say thanks for the fine job you did with our ensuite bathroom.
This was the second bathroom renovation you have done for us, the previous one being nine years ago, which still looks great.
The tiling is as close to perfection as one can get, given the poor condition of the walls.
Harry the plumber who was contracted by you, was magnificent, and such a lovely bloke.
All in all, we would have no hesitation in using your services again in the future and recommending others to do likewise.

Wanted to say thank you to yourself and your team for a job well done. It was good to be dealing with tradespeople who were prompt and professional – certainly in contrast to previous dealings with “non Outlook” tradespeople. In terms of service and the quality of the work I couldn’t have expected more.
If I need any more renovations done you shall be my first point of call.
Not sure what is happening with my roof so…..expect a call one day next week.

I just wanted to drop you a line saying how pleased Cos and I are with our lovely new bathroom. It really is gorgeous and looks as we had imagined it. As I mentioned to you we were most impressed with all your professional tradesmen who worked in our home.
They respected the fact that it is a owner occupied home and not a construction site, they even swept the floors after each work day. The whole project seemed so easy and ran so smooth.

A big thank you for all the work you did at our new home in Castlecrag, it wasn’t easy with us changing our mind and adding each time), but you just kept saying ‘No problems’.
We started with one Ensuite to renovate and ended up with a new down stairs and upstairs bathroom, new kitchen, laundry and tiling of both front and back verandas.
You and your team delivered all we wanted and can’t be happier.
